Job description

If you grew up on the Internet like us, you know mental health is more important than ever. But many people face obstacles when seeking traditional mental health care, like finding the right support or having the right insurance.
At Healthy Gamer, we think modern mental health care should be inclusive and affordable. Our coaching service has helped over 22,000 people across more than 140 countries since it launched in November 2019. We do over 2.5k sessions weekly, with over 150 coaches spread around the world, while delivering outcomes that separate us from every other coaching service.
We've made an impact in the gaming community, but that's not where our mission ends. We want to change how people think about and deal with mental health, and we're looking for passionate people to help us get there. We are building teams of the best and the brightest in mental wellness, and we are having fun doing it.
About the Role
Healthy Gamer is building one of the most impactful coaching programs in the mental health space, and we're looking for a Product Manager to help us scale it. You'll work closely with our Coaching Director to translate product strategy into shipped experiences; owning execution across our 1-on-1 and group coaching products, partnering with the dev team, design, data, and marketing, and driving the metrics that matter. If you're a data-driven PM with experience in care delivery or two-sided marketplaces who thrives in fast-moving environments, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
  • Execute and operationalize the coaching product strategy across 1-on-1 Coaching, Group Coaching, and related offerings, in close partnership with the Coaching Director
  • Bring the coaching product ecosystem to life: translating how coaching work alongside other HG products
  • Track and report on key Product metrics: conversion rate, LTV, retention, extension rate, and engagement across coaching products
  • Optimize the client experience to drive meaningful outcomes, from first touch through long-term coaching engagement
  • Set clear product specifications and standards for coaching products to guide development, design, and data teams
  • Translate coaching product strategy into clear, measurable PRDs and plans
  • Analyze funnel data to identify UX friction and drop-off points, translate findings into actionable product improvements
  • Partner with Marketing on positioning, launches, and user journey alignment, understanding where traffic comes from
  • Surface and communicate cross-product tradeoffs between coaching, memberships, and platform priorities to inform strategic decisions
  • Own weekly dashboards and monthly performance reporting for coaching products
  • Collaborate with the other PM and program management to enable data-driven coaching experiences
  • Stay close to the Healthy Gamer community; understand what clients need, what's confusing, and where the product is falling short
  • Communicate progress and execution status clearly through regular updates and documentation

Must Have
  • 3+ Years of product management experience
  • Deeply data-driven: you use analytics to make decisions, identify problems, and validate solutions
  • Proven conversion experience: You know how to move and convert people through a funnel and have the results to show for it
  • Strong design sensibility: you know what good UX looks like, can create intuitive user flows, and ensure products feel easy to use
  • You're AI-native: you use AI tools to accelerate your work, creating prototypes, writing specs, analyzing data, and building automations
  • You communicate clearly and create visibility: your team always knows what you're working on and why
  • Comfortable in fast, agile environments; you work well with dev teams and know how to ship iteratively

Nice to Have
  • Experience with care delivery, coaching, or two-sided marketplace products; you understand both the client and the coach side
  • Experience working on mental health, wellness, or behavioral support products
  • You've shipped products in a two-sided marketplace, managing both supply-side (coach/provider) and demand-side (client) dynamics
  • Familiarity with HSA/FSA, insurance, or care reimbursement workflows
