HealthEdge is looking for a dynamic call center trainer to join our company and contribute to our phenomenal growth. In this role, you'll be responsible for scheduling and conducting training sessions for both new and experienced call center agents, and supporting employees to maintain the productivity and quality of our customer service operations. To ensure success as a call center trainer, you should have excellent knowledge of call center procedures and expertise in quality assurance. You will be a friendly, approachable individual with effective teaching and communication skills. You will bring your experience in training call center agents to effectively resolve inquiries from members and providers of our health plan customers.

Training Facilitator

HealthEdge is looking for a dynamic Training Facilitator to join our company and contribute to our phenomenal growth. In this role, you'll deliver multi-week, virtual instructor-led training sessions focused primarily on claims and enrollment processes within our HealthRules Payer system. You'll partner with instructional designers and technical writers to build learning materials, track and report trainee progress to leadership, and collaborate cross-functionally to identify training needs. To ensure success as a Training Facilitator, you should have excellent knowledge of claims and enrollment procedures, hands-on experience with HealthRules Payer, and a passion for leveraging modern and AI-powered learning tools to create engaging, personalized learning experiences.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Delivering multi-week, virtual instructor-led training sessions primarily covering claims and enrollment functions within HealthRules Payer.
  • Partnering with instructional designers and technical writers to develop learning materials, including e-learnings, PowerPoint presentations, job aids, and other reference material.
  • Tracking, monitoring, and reporting on trainee progress at a daily cadence, providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Working cross-functionally with relevant business users and stakeholders to identify training needs and skill gaps.
  • Leveraging AI-powered learning tools, platforms, and content to personalize learning experiences and drive adoption.
  • Curating and creating modern learning content, including microlearning, blended learning, and self-guided modules.
  • Liaising with team leaders and managers to conduct on-the-job coaching.
  • Measuring the effectiveness of training sessions and preparing individual or team progress reports.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • A bachelor's degree and additional certification in business leadership, eLearning software, or adult education and training is preferred.
  • At least 4 years' experience working as a training facilitator, trainer, or team leader in a health plan operations environment (claims, enrollment, or benefits administration).
  • Hands-on experience with HealthRules Payer.
  • Advanced knowledge of claims adjudication and enrollment processing best practices.
  • Strong virtual facilitation abilities, communication and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders to identify and address training needs.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.

Nice to Have

  • Experience delivering virtual instructor-led training (VILT) in a multi-week program format.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and AI-powered learning platforms/tools.
  • Familiarity with learning experience platforms, learning management systems, or content curation tools.
  • Experience using Claude or similar AI tools to develop, refine, or personalize learning content and delivery.

**The annual US base salary range for this position is $69,000 to $79,000. This salary range may cover multiple career levels at HealthEdge. Final compensation will bedeterminedduring the interview process and is based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to,your skills, experience,qualificationsand education.
