I love the independence I have in terms of scheduling. A lot of great support from admin team. Really appreciated how much training we get before starting. I like the ongoing continuing education.

I appreciate having total autonomy over my workload/client sessions, while also having the complete support of a team behind me. I feel this support with more complex clients through case consults and monthly trainings with my supervisor, as well as through administration with task reinforcement. I have felt well trained, able to ease into a growing caseload without concerns of how to perform/properly do my job.

The flexible scheduling and working remotely has allowed me to have a better work/life balance. I value the support I receive from not only my team, but from leadership. I have enjoyed learning new skills that challenge me. When I see how not only my work, but the collective work of our team benefits our clients, it brings a smile to my face! I am so glad to know that I can play even a small role in giving our clients a healthier tomorrow!

HT is a wonderful place to work because there is so much support. Clinical support is fantastic and there are so many opportunities to grow and learn from supervisors/peers. Admin support is incredible and really allows RDs to focus on client care.
