About the position:

Compensation: $22 - $26 an hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:

Learn and strictly enforce all policies, procedures, and safety standards for the team

Be able to show up consistently at 7 AM and lead morning prep

Stock work truck with all equipment and supplies needed, and organize product backstock

Drive safely to all residential and commercial stops scheduled for the day

Evaluate, treat, and monitor trees for pest, disease, fungal, and cultural problems

Supervise, guide, and support Plant Health Care technicians in the field to ensure high quality work and route efficiency

Keep work truck, product backstock, and equipment clean and organized

Fill out paperwork, chemical logs, and reports properly via our company software

Effectively communicate with management so they are informed of what is happening in the field and with the team

Continue to learn and train others to improve understanding of plant health as well as the products and services we provide

Qualifications:

Commercial Applicator License required

2 years of work experience actively using your Commercial Applicator License

Experience in route schedule: you have previously had the responsibility to control your own day/time at each client's home and were able to complete each stop on the schedule

Leadership skills with the ability to supervise team members while still completing your own daily stops

Self-motivated, detail oriented, and able to perform multiple tasks efficiently

Positive attitude while working even when things are difficult

Strong work ethic and commitment to enforcing workplace safety

Communication skills and professionalism required to work together with customers, management, and technicians

High levels of honesty and integrity

Arizona driver's license, clean driving record, and safe driving skills. Your motor vehicle record will be reviewed to determine if you are a safe and responsible driver

High School Diploma or Equivalent
