) Are you a relationship-driven healthcare professional with a passion for growing census and making a difference in the lives of seniors? Garden Park Care Center is seeking an experienced Director of Admissions & Marketing to lead our admissions efforts, strengthen community partnerships, and drive occupancy growth.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners.
  • Coordinate and manage the admissions process from referral through admission.
  • Conduct facility tours and provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents and families.
  • Work closely with the clinical team to ensure timely admission decisions.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase referrals and occupancy.
  • Represent the facility at networking events, community outreach opportunities, and healthcare meetings.
  • Track referral activity and maintain accurate marketing and admissions data.
  • Collaborate with facility leadership to achieve census and revenue goals.
Qualifications
  • Previous admissions, marketing, business development, or healthcare sales experience required.
  • Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care experience required. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
  • Established referral network within the Cincinnati healthcare market is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with PointClickCare (PCC) or similar healthcare software is a plus.
