Job description

The Client Liaison is responsible for general sales activity of the home health agency.  Additionally, this position plays an integral role in the ongoing education of patients, hospital staff, physicians, and community members regarding the services offered by Vertus HealthCare with a focus on PDN (Private Duty Nursing) Services.

The Client/Liaison is responsible for driving revenue growth and working with the upper manager to ensure profitability and meet company weekly/monthly and quarterly sales goals.  

Requirements:

  • Promote the Private Duty Nursing Services to existing and potential referral sources to achieve established revenue targets assigned on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

  • Identify and develop relationships with all sales targets. Physicians, Discharge planners and social workers in target accounts, Case managers, DME and Infusion Companies.

  • Conduct in-services and represent the company at local trade shows and conventions/conferences as assigned.

  • Create and carry out specific sales plans and market development plans with company goals and objectives.

  • Provide regular feedback to corporate management regarding sales activity and success in market development.

  • Represent the company within the healthcare community with professional decorum and respect for the patient care process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a health-related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, etc.) or the equivalent plus a minimum of two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required.

  • Excellent selling, organization, problem-solving skills, and the ability to appropriately represent the Company service capabilities to the targeted referral source audience is required.

  • Previous healthcare sales experience preferred such as selling in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), DME, ortho, cardio, etc. OR previous experience as a clinical liaison preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills required. Microsoft Office proficiency required.
