Farnsworth Group is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to support our growing nationwide Healthcare Studio. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional who excels in a team-oriented environment and is passionate about creating spaces that make a meaningful difference in patient care and the communities they serve. What You'll Do:
  • Lead, manage and design healthcare projects across the firm, working closely with our architecture, engineering, business development and marketing teams.
  • Lead our multi-disciplinary teams from concept to delivery.
  • Mentor junior architectural staff
  • Participate in business development and project pursuits.
  • Generate work and create long-term client relationships.
  • Develop, review, and approve proposals, reports, and contract documents.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree Architecture, from an accredited program, required; Masters, preferred
  • 10+ years of architectural work experience
  • Knowledgeable in healthcare industry trends, evidence-based design principles, and lean delivery methods.
  • Demonstrated project management and supervisory experience.
  • Success in developing new clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Proficient use of Revit a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organization, coordination, leadership, team-building and managerial skills
