  • Lead fullcycle recruiting for clinical and nonclinical positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing goals and team needs
  • Represent Tapestry's mission and values throughout the candidate experience
  • Build strong pipelines through partnerships with nursing programs and healthcare networks
  • Create engaging job postings and effective recruitment strategies
  • Attend job fairs, campus events, and community outreach initiatives

Onboarding

  • Deliver a welcoming, highenergy onboarding experience grounded in clarity and compassion
  • Ensure new hires understand policies, expectations, and clinical standards
  • Facilitate ongoing training and development sessions to support skill building and growth

Culture & Engagement

  • Be a visible, approachable resource across the organization
  • Plan teambuilding activities, appreciation events, and recognition moments
  • Lead internal communications, employee spotlights, and moraleboosting initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare HR, recruiting, onboarding, training, or employee engagement
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and credentialing
  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems


Preferred

  • Experience with BambooHR
  • Previous work in hospice or a similar healthcare environment
