Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of multiple turnkey construction projects including ground-up outbuildings at a hyperscale data center campus in the Atlanta Metro. This role is responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, and coordination across complex, fast-paced construction activities supporting mission-critical operations. The Project Manager will work closely with owners, designers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery. 

Key Responsibilities — Construction Project Manager 

  • Manage end-to-end construction of data center construction projects, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
  • Coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors across active campus environments
  • Lead project planning meetings, progress updates, and stakeholder coordination
  • Oversee procurement, material tracking, and long-lead equipment coordination
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards typical of hyperscale data center projects
  • Monitor project costs, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Review and manage RFIs, submittals, and design coordination with engineering teams
  • Drive schedule recovery plans and proactively resolve conflicts
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

Qualifications — Construction Project Manager

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in mission-critical or large-scale commercial projects
  • Prior experience with data center, industrial, or infrastructure construction strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of ground-up builds, site civil scopes, site logistics, and phased construction
  • Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects and aggressive schedules
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project)

Preferred Qualifications — Project Manager Construction

  • Familiarity with mission critical facility construction requirements and protocols
  • OSHA 30-Hour certification
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

Physical Requirements — Construction Project Manager

  • Daily presence at active construction sites in Cartersville, GA (on-site position)
