Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Detroit, MI, for a Senior Healthcare Architect. The Senior Healthcare Architect will manage and execute architectural design projects with a focus on healthcare facilities. Responsibilities include developing and coordinating architectural designs, managing project lifecycles, integrating applicable software tools, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements. This role involves leadership in both design innovation and sustainable implementation.
Qualifications
Graduate of a Master's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent professional program in Architecture
Technical proficiency with Revit
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Sketch-up and Office 360 products
5-10+ years of professional office experience
Extensive experience in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong portfolio in healthcare projects
Competence in Software Development and Integration specific to architectural project planning and execution
Proven skills in Project Management, including leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination
Strong problem-solving abilities and an innovative approach to creating sustainable design solutions
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Professional licensure in Architecture
Advanced degree in Architecture or a related field preferred
Understanding of current healthcare industry trends and building regulations is highly advantageous
