This evergreen requisition represents anticipated openings at varying experience and grade levels, depending on business demand, project scope, and candidate qualifications. Role Overview

As a Project Manager supporting Imaging Systems, you will oversee logistics, planning, delivery, and installation activities for imaging equipment across multiple modalities, including MR, CT, X-Ray, and advanced diagnostic systems. Projects may support new hospital construction, research facilities, or major renovations across the area you are assigned.

Depending on level and experience, responsibilities may range from managing defined scopes within larger programs to leading multiple, complex, ground-up healthcare construction projects.

Key Responsibilities (Scope Varies by Level)

  • Lead planning, coordination, delivery, and installation activities for imaging equipment across assigned projects and modalities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, facilities teams, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal Siemens partners

  • Support revenue generation by partnering with customers to develop pre-construction plans, cost estimates, schedules, and project strategies

  • Monitor construction progress and proactively coordinate resolution of issues related to electrical, mechanical, structural, and site readiness requirements

  • Manage delivery and installation activities against mutually agreed schedules, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities based on scope, complexity, and timelines

  • Conduct site visits to validate measurements, review construction readiness, confirm technical requirements, and assess project risk

  • Communicate project status, schedule changes, and scope updates clearly to internal and external stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with Siemens Healthineers standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines

Required & Preferred Qualifications

Qualifications and expectations will align to the appropriate career level, based on experience and demonstrated capability.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in complex environments

  • Ability to read and interpret construction and blueprint drawings

  • Working knowledge of construction disciplines including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and structural systems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface confidently with customers and cross-functional partners

  • Willingness to travel extensively within an assigned area in California and surrounding states as needed (up to 75% travel)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management experience in healthcare or regulated construction environments

  • Exposure to imaging, medical equipment, or technical installations

  • CAD knowledge or experience working with technical drawings and layouts

  • Experience supporting ground-up hospital or research facility projects

Experience Levels

  • Typically 1-10+ years of relevant project management experience, depending on level

  • Final leveling and title will be determined based on experience, skills, and business need

Location & Travel

  • Candidates must reside in in a Western Zone state

  • This is a field-based role supporting projects throughout the state, with occasional travel to other regions as needed
