Our Registered Nurseperforms the following duties to support Edgerton Hospital's Emergency Department:

ROLE EXPECTATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Performing essential functions of a Registered Nurse.
  • Demonstrating and maintaining department competencies.
  • Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in performing work.
  • Operating proficiently with varying technology and software necessary in the workflow process of providing exceptional clinical care, ordering and documenting.
  • Assessing multiple systems, proving intervention and education, and assessing the results of patient care.
  • Working and interacting effectively with others while also providing direction.
  • Effectively handling stress.
  • Communicating effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Maintaining confidentiality per Hospital policy
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • Ability to perform essential functions of a Registered Nurse.
  • Ability to demonstrate and maintain department specific competencies.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in performing work.
  • Fluency and proficiency with varying technology and software necessary in the workflow process of providing exceptional clinical care, ordering and documenting.
