  • Ability to make a lasting impact in the community
  • Collaborative workplace focused on compassion and dignity

Responsibilities

  • Supervise interdisciplinary staff and support professional development
  • Foster a positive, compassionate, and accountable workplace culture
  • Ensure compliance with California ADHC regulations and licensing standards
  • Coordinate participant-centered care and quality improvement initiatives
  • Monitor program performance, documentation, safety, and participant satisfaction
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, community agencies, and leadership
  • Support census growth, community outreach, and participant retention
  • Participate in education to stay updated in ADHC program operations and services
  • Promote a welcoming and inclusive environment for participants and staff

Qualifications
  • Experience in Adult Day Health Care, healthcare administration, senior services, or community-based programs
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead with compassion, professionalism, and integrity
  • Minimum of one year experience supervising teams and managing operations
  • Bilingual (Vietnamese, Korean, Spanish) is a plus
  • The ideal candidate is a strong leader who combines operational excellence with empathy, vision, and a heart for service.
Who Thrives Here

This role is ideal for a leader who values human connection as much as operational excellence — someone who believes healthcare should feel personal, dignified, and joyful.
If you are passionate about building strong teams, supporting vulnerable populations, and creating a culture of compassion and excellence, we would love to meet you.
Join us in creating a community where people are cared for with love, dignity, and joy every single day.
