RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Healthcare Operations Analyst in Jacksonville, FL.
Summary:
We are seeking a Healthcare Operations Analyst to transform complex clinical, operational, workforce, and business data into meaningful insights that drive informed decision-making and organizational performance. This role serves as a key partner to leadership, operational teams, and healthcare professionals by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing reporting and analytical solutions that support quality outcomes, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives.
The successful candidate will leverage modern analytics platforms, business intelligence tools, and emerging AI technologies to create actionable recommendations, automate reporting processes, and help stakeholders better understand performance across multiple areas of the organization. This position requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field required; Advanced degree preferred
* Two or more years of experience in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, operational analysis, performance improvement, or a related analytical role
* Experience working with healthcare, operational, financial, quality, workforce, or service-related data preferred
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency with SQL and data analysis methodologies
* Experience using reporting and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools
* Familiarity with data visualization, dashboard development, and performance reporting
* Experience utilizing AI-assisted productivity, analytics, automation, or reporting tools
* Understanding of data governance, privacy requirements, and information security best practices
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
