Job description

  • Oversee daily operations of mobile home healthcare services in the DC and Maryland market, including patient-visit scheduling and new-patient intake.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, referral sources, and community partners.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care.
  • Monitor budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct audits and quality assurance checks.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate healthcare professionals and support staff.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and support professional development.
  • Ensure patient care plans are developed and executed according to best practices and patient needs.
  • Address patient and family concerns and coordinate care with healthcare providers, physicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and satisfaction and adjust care plans and services as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation and monitor quality assurance programs.
