Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our center, you will take on a range of responsibilities aimed at providing effective therapeutic interventions. Your key duties will include:

  • Maintaining a manageable caseload of clients, building rapport through consistent interactions.
  • Conducting regular client sessions to assess progress, stability, and upcoming appointments, ensuring timely discharges when appropriate.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Keeping up-to-date documentation and progress notes to track client improvement and treatment adherence.
  • Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to understand client history and needs effectively.
  • Facilitating individual therapy sessions and participating in group therapy when applicable.
  • Engaging in regular individual supervision and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus
