Project Manager opportunity with a top ranked/growing Nashville GC firm. Strong local pipeline, fully covered health benefits, ESOP, 401k w/ match, and an auto allowance.

Location: Nashville, TN

Job Title: Project Manager (Healthcare/Medical focus)

Salary: - $130-$155k base + Fully Covered Health Benefits, 401k w/ match, PTO, Auto Allowance

Requirements: Ground-up Commercial or Healthcare Construction experience (4+ years with good tenure)


We're a growing firm with in the Nashville market with one of the strongest pipelines of local projects. We've got a big focus on culture and have an average of 8+ yrs tenure across our team.


While others have been slowing down, we've done a great job growing their pipeline and winning a ton of work locally around Nashville. Main focus is on healthcare, medical, and science and tech projects and commercial work.

We're looking to bring a few folks onto the team as we have a few large projects coming up around the Nashville market. The ideal candidate will be looking for a long-term fit working on large-scale ground-up projects.

Packages will include a $130k-$155k base, ESOP, bonus plan, provided vehicle, fully covered healthcare and more.


What You Need for This Role:


  • At least 4+ years of full-scope ground-up Healthcare/Medical construction experience.
  • Strong tenure + a desire to join a culture driven firm
