Implementation Analyst

Department: Physician Enterprise Implementation

We are looking for an Implementation Analyst to join the team to effectively provide guidance, support, and analytics to our Heisenberg II team. Reporting to the Director of Implementation, this role is instrumental in supporting the implementation team to ensure our clients success during the usage of the product. You will work in a hybrid role (Tuesday-Thursday) in our Dallas, TX office.

What You'll Do
  • Understand the complete provider compensation/physician enterprise solution
  • Understand the client requirements, identify the system dependencies
  • Work with the implementation team to understand and build compensation models specific to the client needs
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and capability to manage high volume of work
  • Good problem-solving skills and strong attention-to-detail and follow-up skills
  • Should be organized with a passion to deliver quality result
  • Able to function with minimal guidance
  • Willingness to coordinate and work with others in a demanding and client-focused environment.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in provider compensation role; preferably working on an implementation team
  • Experience working with a project manager to gather documents, verify/analyze data, conduct discovery sessions, draft scoping document, configuration of the solution based on client scope, and assist with system validation
  • Fluent in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word tools
  • Strong understanding of Provider Compensation Methodologies
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical skills and ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • MS Excel proficiency
