Job description

Implementation Manager (MMIS)

About the Role

Conduent is seeking an Implementation Manager who will oversees the deployment of new systems, processes, or technologies, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals

This position is contingent upon the award of a government contract. Recruiting and interviewing activities may occur prior to contract award; however, employment and start dates are subject to contract award, funding, customer approval requirements, and/or satisfaction of any applicable pre-employment conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage all Large Project implementation activities. Coordinate overlapping implementations
  • Maintain all Implementation Management Plans. Facilitate Implementation meetings and provide status reporting as needed
  • Coordinate installation of all communication lines, gateways, routers, and associated equipment

Requirements 

  • Six (6) years of experience managing multiple large Health Care implementation projects

  • Experience with implementation projects on multiple accounts, related to Health Care.
  • Two (2) years of experience in cloud-based technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or equivalent experience

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $142,450 - $185,000
