  • Observes, collects, and records patient biophysical, psychosocial, and self-care data, identifying educational needs.

Required

  • Oregon RN License
  • AHA BLS
  • ACLS within 6 months
  • 2400 hours within the last 24 months as an RN in acute care
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
