Position Summary: Client Services Business Analyst II - Healthcare Data

We are looking for a highly skilled and collaborative Business Analyst with strong technical expertise and a passion for building trusted partnerships across data, marketing, and cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for developing, organizing, and maintaining complex healthcare data systems while serving as a strategic liaison between technical data work and business-facing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and sustain data systems using SQL/T-SQL and related technologies to support analytic readiness across complex healthcare datasets.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on client datasets, maintaining full lifecycle documentation and quality assurance protocols for both recurring reports and new implementations
  • Collaborate regularly with marketing clients, project management, client services, and quality assurance teams to align data strategy with business objectives.
  • Effectively communicate technical outcomes into clear, business-relevant insights tailored for marketers, client teams, and executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to triage client requests, set expectations with stakeholders, and execute complex data workflows with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple clients and concurrent development of workstreams.
  • Produce reports and dashboards that highlight key performance indicators, uncover operational insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support and guide junior analysts, contributing to a culture of analytical excellence and mentorship.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis required, preferred in a healthcare or pharmaceutical space
  • 3-5 years of experience with SQL Server, data integration, ETL development, and data validation techniques.
  • Strong command of data storytelling and the ability to explain complex logic to diverse audiences.

Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Expertise in SQL, T-SQL, SSIS, and data profiling tools; proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Python.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently across multiple priorities while ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Adept at fostering relationships, communicating proactively, and collaborating across internal and external teams.
  • Comfortable mentoring and setting quality standards for others in the team.
