Job description

Reporting to the Manager of Information Technology, you will help advance Conagra's enterprise data strategy, governance practices, and data product operating model. You will partner with business and information technology teams to clarify data ownership, guide data product onboarding and governance decisions, and help teams align on practical solutions when requirements, responsibilities, or processes are not clearly defined. You will work with leadership, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to promote enterprise data standards, improve adoption of data capabilities, and support the delivery of trusted and well-governed data products. Success in this role requires strong judgment, critical thinking, data fluency, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business outcomes.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
  • Lead business and information technology teams through data product intake, onboarding, and governance decisions by clarifying business objectives, risks, ownership, and adoption expectations aligned with enterprise data standards.

  • Partner with architects, engineers, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to understand source data, data flows, ownership models, and downstream consumption needs.

  • Promote enterprise data strategies by helping teams understand available data capabilities and how they can support business objectives.

  • Lead internal and offshore delivery teams by clarifying requirements, reviewing progress, providing feedback, and helping remove blockers.

  • Escalate issues by clearly defining the decision required, associated risks, recommended actions, and accountable stakeholders.

  • Navigate ambiguous or conflicting information by documenting assumptions, evaluating impacts, identifying alternatives, and recommending practical solutions.

  • Improve governance processes, standards, and onboarding practices based on recurring challenges and stakeholder feedback.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology and automation to make data easier to find, understand, govern, and use at scale.

  • Partner with leadership to drive alignment across cross-functional teams and support adoption of enterprise data products and standards.

Ingredients Required for Your Success
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in data, analytics, governance, data products, business analysis, or related disciplines.

  • Strong SQL proficiency and hands-on experience working with data to investigate issues, validate requirements, understand data relationships, and support solution design discussions.

  • Experience leading through ambiguity and creating structure when ownership, governance, or processes are not clearly defined.

  • Experience influencing decisions, challenging assumptions, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience translating technical, data, and governance concepts into practical business language.

  • Experience aligning business requirements, technical considerations, and governance expectations into actionable recommendations.

  • Experience with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or similar modern data platforms preferred.

  • Experience with data governance capabilities including lineage, stewardship, metadata management, ownership models, and data quality controls preferred.

  • Experience supporting enterprise data products or product-based operating models preferred.

  • Experience facilitating organizational change and adoption initiatives preferred.

  • Travel up to 10%.

Pay Range:$82,000-$120,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
