Work At Home Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Job Overview 

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll support a well-known benefits company by handling inbound calls related to employee benefits enrollment. You'll guide customers through the enrollment process, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and provide clarity during important healthcare decisions-making a direct impact on individuals, families, and loved ones who rely on your support.

What We are Looking For:
  • 6mths experience in a Healthcare setting 
  • Must legally be able to work in the US 
  • Must be at least 18 yrs of age 
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent  
  • The flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends 
  • Must pass a background check

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customer 
  • Must be comfortable with technology 
  • Strong problem-Solving, Empathy, Adaptability and Reliability 
  • Document interactions, escalate issues with empathy to enhance customer experiences. 
  • Clearly explain complex topics to encourage customers to use our products or services while meeting performance goals. 

If you live within 50 miles of one of our on-site locations, you may be considered for an on-site opportunity based on business needs. 

Home Setup Requirements:
  • A hardwired connection with an internet Speed of 25.0 Mbps download speed and 10.0 Mbps upload speed 
  • A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production
