Job Summary:

North Lake Care Center, a Skilled Nursing Facility located in Lake Park, Florida, is seeking a reliable, experienced, and conscientious individual with a background in hospitality and a "can-do" attitude for a position as a Healthcare Concierge. If you are passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors and providing exceptional customer service, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance Resident Experience: Improve the quality of life for residents by providing exceptional concierge services tailored to their needs and preferences.

  • Increase Resident Satisfaction: Strive to consistently exceed resident expectations, fostering a positive environment where residents feel valued and supported.

  • Build Positive Relationships: Build strong rapport with residents, families, and staff members, promoting a sense of community and trust within the skilled nursing facility.

  • Establish Communication Channels: Establish clear communication channels between concierge staff, residents, families, and other departments within the facility to facilitate seamless coordination and responsiveness to resident requests.

  • Foster a Culture of Hospitality: Promote a culture of hospitality and customer service excellence among concierge staff, emphasizing empathy, professionalism, and a proactive approach to meeting resident needs and exceeding expectations.

Shift:

  • 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday
