We're looking for a Healthcare Business Analyst II to turn complex healthcare data into clear, practical solutions. You'll review real cases, like preauthorization requests and utilization management reviews, and recommend the best course of action. You'll also help shape our processing team's daily workflow and partner with leadership and clients to keep policies sharp and compliant.

This role is a great fit if you have a few years of healthcare analysis experience and want more ownership over how things run.


*Please note this is a hybrid position located in Greenbelt, MD.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, gather, and manage the data we need to track and improve how the business runs.
  • Review individual cases—business situations, use cases,s, and similar—and recommend a clear course of action.
  • Plan and coordinate the daily workflow for our processing team, so work moves smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Partner with management to spot where our processes need to change and help prioritize those changes.
  • Work directly with clients and other stakeholders to keep policies and procedures current, accurate, and compliant.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Must have healthcare experience.
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and good judgment.
  • Clear communication skills for working with clients, stakeholders, and your team.
