RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team in Atlanta, GA. This position requires candidates to be local to Georgia.
Overview:
The Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. This position involves advising on program planning, managing business requirements, coordinating budgets, and conducting comprehensive research to inform decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise and recommend areas for program planning, business requirements management, and budget execution
* Prepare needs assessments and validate resource requirements
* Develop cost estimate models and conduct financial, product, market, and operational research
* Interpret and evaluate research data to create integrated business analyses and projections for strategic decisions
* Plan and coordinate primary and secondary market research studies to support strategic planning and marketing initiatives
* Present research findings and recommendations to client committees and stakeholders
* Provide advisory, technical, and staff support to internal teams and client groups
* Utilize survey and market research methodologies, systems, and techniques effectively
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or a minimum of three (3) years of experience in IT, business analysis, or a related field
* Minimum of two (2) years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related field in an IT environment is preferred
* Specific Systems Knowledge Required: M365 Suite as a user (Incl. Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: ServiceNow as a user (not developer)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
