Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town. Our staff consists of locals, transplants, seasonal workers from all 50 states and international students from around the globe. PURPOSE OF POSITION: Child Care Teachers provide positive, quality care for non-skiing children ages two months to 12 years of age in a safe, organized environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Feed, change, and supervise children ages two months to 12 years

  • Dress/undress young children, making sure all personal items are accounted for

  • Change diapers when appropriate

  • Lift and carry babies and toddlers

  • Attend to children's personal needs

  • Record events of the day for each child and discuss them with the child's parents

  • Assist supervisors and leads with various tasks, such as, set up, cleaning, etc.

  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 18 years of age

  • Previous work experience with children in private or childcare settings required

  • Able to lift at least 30 lbs., stand for long periods of time, and withstand frequent up-and-down/ twisting/repetitive movements

  • Complete fingerprints and background check in accordance with state childcare licensing

  • 12/2/2026 - 4/18/2027

PAY RATE:
  • $20.00 per hour
