$225,000 – $375,000+

A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a Transactional Healthcare Associate Attorney to join its growing Florida practice in Miami or Palm Beach.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing healthcare providers, health systems, physician groups, management companies, investors, and private equity sponsors in sophisticated healthcare transactional matters.

Ideal Background

3–6 years of healthcare transactional experience
• Experience with healthcare mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations, and strategic transactions preferred
• Experience representing health systems, hospitals, physician groups, management companies, or healthcare investors preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory issues impacting transactions, including fraud and abuse considerations, is a plus
• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, operating agreements, management agreements, and related transaction documents
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Excellent academic credentials
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Florida bar admission required or ability to become admitted
