Certified Medication Aide / Care Associate (M)

Location: Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living

As a Certified Medication Aide / Care Associate (M), you'll provide compassionate, person-centered care, helping residents with all aspects of daily living. You'll work closely with our team to ensure each resident's needs are met with kindness and respect, making sure they feel comfortable, valued, and at home. New grads welcome!

What We Offer:
  • Compensation: Starts at $21.00 up to $25.00 per hour based on experience, plus shift differentials for evening, night and weekend shifts.
  • Sign on bonus: $5,000.00 sign on bonus offered for qualifying schedules. Eligibility for bonus: Current Nurse Aide and Medication Aide certifications in the State of Virginia prior to hire with Erickson Senior Living.
  • Special weekend program: Earn an additional $6.00 per hour for schedules which include every weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
  • Flexible Float program: Earn an additional $4.00 per hour on top of hourly rate and shift differential for flexible float program.

What You Will Need:
  • Active Nurse Aide and Medication Aide licenses in the Commonwealth of Virginia are required. Candidates must have license number registered with the Virginia Department of Health Professions (DHP).
