Regional Operations Administrator

Regional Operations Administrator Job Category: Operations Employment Type: Full-Time Reports to: Assistant Operations Manager Work Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday, Weekends as Directed, On-Call as Needed Travel: 50% (dependent on location of sites, home office, and coverage need)

Essential Job Duties The ROA is a Regional Operations Administrator with local only travel responsibilities. Their travel will primarily consist of locations within a 4-hour commute from their designated home-base. The ROA will be responsible for in-field training of HSMTs, site coverage, and assisting FTO's, AOM's, and OM's with any additional tasks assigned to them. The ROA role has an expectation that 50% of their time will be spent covering billable shifts. ROA will report to a site unless discussed before hand with AOM/OM/Director Training: ยท Work with new hire HSMTs to complete the on-boarding and training process including but not limited to: following up with the new hire on upcoming certification deadline, ensuring the new hire is being assigned to Online Field Orientation, completing field training and completing 30 + 60 day progress reviews ยท Report to Operations Manager and HR with any new hires that should be removed from the on-boarding process due to lack of training progress/completion ยท Ensure that all training is properly documented in a timely manner ยท Work with HR and Scheduling to schedule and host Continuing Site Education shifts ยท Identify retraining needs for HSMTs and execute the retraining and documentation ยท Issue mock incidents as needed ยท Assign additional training to HSMTs on shift that have not worked in a while to keep their skills fresh Administration: ยท Assist Case Officers to ensure that follow-ups, incidents, and cases meet Amphibious Medics standards ยท Contribute to improvement on the Health and Wellness topics and presentations ยท Complete Inventory drops as needed (dependent upon location) ยท Assist HSMTs and Inventory Team with site related inventory issues ยท All other tasks as assigned Management: ยท Build and foster relationships with the HSMTs ยท Perform site coverage as needed (minimum 50% of work will be site coverage) ยท Visit each assigned job site on a scheduled basis to perform site audits ยท Identify operational inefficiencies and report suggested improvements to the Asst Operations Manager

Requirements Qualifications: ยท One year of full-time experience in 911 emergency medical response ยท Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 35 lbs. ยท Ability to walk and/or stand a minimum of five hours in a workday ยท Proficient in Microsoft Office Education/Certification: ยท Minimum of a valid National Registry or State EMT-B Certification ยท Valid CPR certification at the Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider level (American Heart Association) or Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross) ยท High School Diploma or equivalent It's a Plus If You Have: ยท Experience working with OSHA regulations, specifically in 29 CFR 1910 ยท Experience working on large-scale construction sites ยท Experience with the workers' compensation claim process ยท Instructor certification for First Aid, CPR, and AED training ยท An active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 card
