Job description

Join a dynamic enterprise team focused on modernizing content and knowledge services platforms that support authoring, transformation, publishing, metadata, and knowledge graph capabilities. This role is ideal for an experienced Application Analyst who enjoys partnering across business, product, architecture, and engineering teams to turn complex needs into clear, actionable solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Gather and document business and technical requirements for enterprise platform enhancements
  • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow documentation
  • Partner with product managers, architects, engineers, stakeholders, and vendors to support successful delivery
  • Analyze application behavior, integration points, and data flows to help resolve issues and improve performance
  • Support release activities and help validate changes through testing and implementation coordination
  • Document processes, system interactions, and technical requirements for ongoing platform improvements
  • Collaborate across teams to help ensure content, metadata, publishing, and knowledge services platforms operate effectively
Skills
  • Strong background in application or business analysis within complex enterprise environments
  • Experience with requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Agile delivery practices
  • Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data flows
  • SQL and data analysis skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot application and integration issues
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical partners
  • Ability to document business processes and technical requirements
  • Understanding of content management systems, metadata, or knowledge management concepts
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or other CMS platforms
  • Exposure to knowledge graphs, taxonomy, metadata, or semantic technologies
