Job description

Allina Health is seeking a Hospital-Based Clinic (HBC) Psychiatrist to join our team at Unity Campus in Fridley, Minnesota. Unity Campus is part of Mercy Hospital – Unity Campus, which offers a broad range of inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and specialty services, including mental health and addiction care.


This 1.0 FTE position offers 32–36 contact hours per week and a highly flexible work model designed to support physician preference and work-life balance. Physicians may work from home up to three days per week or choose to be on site full-time. Hospital call is minimal.


This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist seeking a hospital-based behavioral health role with strong infrastructure, schedule flexibility, and the ability to practice in a connected north metro Twin Cities location. Fridley is located approximately 10 minutes north of downtown Minneapolis and 20 minutes northwest of Saint Paul and offers a suburban setting with parks, trails, and strong community amenities.

Allina Health provides a broad range of behavioral health programs, including outpatient care, specialty services, and intermediate levels of care, while the Center for Integrated Mental Health and Addiction Care at Unity brings together outpatient services and intensive day programs in one specialized behavioral health setting.
