• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health statuses, utilizing standardized tools and interviewing techniques to develop effective treatment plans.
• Create tailored treatment strategies that address the unique needs and goals of each client, incorporating approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring evidence-based methods are employed to promote healing and personal growth.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure continuity of care across all facets of the client's treatment journey.
• Educate and involve clients' families in the therapeutic process, helping them to understand mental health issues and support their loved ones' recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and internal guidelines to guarantee the integrity of client information.

• Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling or therapeutic work (minimum two years) is necessary for this role.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills, along with a thorough knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating various mental health conditions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills are essential, as you will work closely with clients and colleagues across disciplines.

• Previous experience working in a remote setting is a plus, as it requires adaptability and comfort with telehealth technologies.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms enhances the efficiency of service delivery.
