We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Health Coach to join our team. The Max Health Coach will be responsible for driving patient retention through in person and phone-based outreach. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to hold people accountable to reaching their goals and maximizing their results!
As our Health Coach, you will be responsible for listening actively to patients' needs, educating and wowing them about our innovative, life-changing services. Most of our patients have exhausted a lot of their options, so they often understandably come in skeptical. However, this is where your natural ability to gain anybody's trust, and coach them to success comes in!
Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized health coaching to clients, tailoring strategies and recommendations to individual needs, goals, and health conditions
  • Assist clients in setting realistic goals and tracking progress, providing ongoing support, motivation, and accountability throughout their health journey
  • Drive patient retention, loyalty and compliance through a variety of communication channels, including email and phone calls.
  • Keep our customer database up-to-date and on-point so we can stay ahead of the game.
  • Build excitement and anticipation for the next stage of the customer journey through education
  • Discuss additional treatment options with each patient to help them optimize their God-given potential

Qualifications
  • A relevant certification in health coaching is highly desirable or Bachelor's degree in a health-related field (e.g., nutrition, exercise science, public health) or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience as a Health Coach, Wellness Coach, or similar role, with a track record of helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish a supportive relationship with clients
  • Empathetic and compassionate approach, able to motivate and inspire individuals to make lasting positive changes
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and effective management of client information
  • Proficient computer skills, including the use of different company platforms and virtual communication tools
  • Work hand-in-hand with other departments, including clinical, administrative, sales, and marketing, to make sure our patients receive the best care and service possible. Collaboration is key!
