JOB SUMMARY:

Urban Legend's Campaign Strategy Lead will be an integral member of our fast-growing startup. You will own, manage, and deliver mission-focused influencer campaigns for nonprofit foundations, advocacy groups, corporate reputation teams, and other key clients.

This role demands a strong detail-oriented person, as well as someone with the desire to work on a close-knit, collaborative team of creators, client leads, and digital strategists.

ABOUT URBAN LEGEND:

Urban Legend is a technology startup that is disrupting old-school public affairs marketing. We have two big goals: 1) making advocacy and brand marketing dramatically more accountable, and 2) empowering creators to advocate for causes they believe in.

We accomplish these goals using our proprietary tech platform, the Urban Legend Exchange.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Set up, manage, fine-tune, and deliver multiple influencer campaigns as assigned to you, using the Urban Legend platform.
  • Ensure timely, professional, and effective communication with clients regarding the launch, progress, and delivery of campaigns.
  • Produce and organize campaign deliverables, including landing pages, creative briefs to guide influencer messaging, client reports to demonstrate results, and internal updates to ensure effective operations.
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail, producing high-quality deliverables that are thorough, well-designed, and well-written.
  • Interface directly with clients when appropriate, serving as a liaison between the creator team and the sales team to ensure aligned expectations and seamless execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and campaign data, gleaning insights to optimize performance.
  • Undertake data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Help draft and proofread key documents, outreach messages, and other content.

KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented - this is the most important!
  • Ability to manage and shift between multiple high priorities and projects at once
  • 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing, media buying, or similar role. Experience with advocacy, public affairs, or nonprofit sector clients a plus
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Top-notch writing skills
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint, with the ability to interpret and organize data
  • Experience with CRM tools, project management software, and website building tools
  • Bachelor's degree
