Job description

As an IT Product Manager, you will lead collaborative teams on high-visibility, complex, and time-sensitive IT software solution projects.
Location of position: GSA, Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Office of Fleet Management, Fleet Supplier Service Center.

The Office of Fleet Management oversees government vehicles and transportation services, including leasing, purchasing, short-term rentals, and telematics.

Qualifications:

To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to theย GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service.ย 

Applicants applying for the GS-14 grade level must meet the following requirements: Have IT-related experience demonstrating EACH of the 9 competencies AND one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service as described below:

โ—ย ย ย ย ย  Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functional areas to improve business processes for an Information Technology system;

โ—ย ย ย ย ย  Leading/managing teams applying productivity practices within agile program management in an information technology (IT) environment using tools such as Jira, Smartsheets, and Confluence to solve complex product issues and to make informed decisions; and

โ—ย ย ย ย ย  Coordinating with a development team to communicate the implementation of product development with business stakeholders.
