Job Summary:
Leads the delivery and continuous improvement of technology products that support business objectives and operational effectiveness. Partners with stakeholders to define product requirements and translate business needs into actionable plans. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with product strategy and roadmap. Monitors product performance and recommends enhancements based on user feedback and data insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Defines and manages product features, user stories, and backlog items to support delivery of technology solutions.
Partners with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
Collaborates with user experience, engineering, and architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Coordinates testing, release management, and rollout activities to support successful product adoption.
Monitors product performance, analyzes user feedback, and recommends enhancements to improve functionality and value.
Works with external vendors to evaluate solutions, support implementation activities, and monitor service delivery against agreed expectations.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
4-6 years of experience in product management, technology delivery, business analysis, or a related field required.
Certifications and Licenses:
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent certification preferred.
