Principal Product Manager, Mytonomy

Are you passionate about shaping innovative digital health products that improve patient engagement, education, and outcomes? Do you enjoy translating customer needs, healthcare insights, and emerging technologies into scalable solutions that deliver meaningful impact?

About our Team

Elsevier Health applies innovation, facilitates insights, and helps drive more informed decision-making for our customers across global health. We support health providers by providing accessible, trusted evidence-based information; prepare more medical and nursing students with effective tools and resources; provide insights that help clinicians improve patient outcomes; and support a more personalized and localized healthcare experience. All for the benefit of every patient.

About the Role

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to help shape the future of the Mytonomy patient education and engagement platform. You will collaborate across teams to deliver solutions that improve patient engagement, care adherence, and outcomes while creating meaningful customer and business value.

Responsibilities
  • Own product strategy, roadmap planning, requirements, and execution for key areas of Mytonomy’s platform.
  • Translate customer needs, market insights, healthcare trends, and product analytics into clear priorities and scalable solutions.
  • Lead discovery, research, testing, and data‑driven decision‑making to validate product opportunities and reduce execution risk.
  • Drive product development across cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment from concept through launch and adoption.
  • Expand Mytonomy’s integration ecosystem, including EMR/EHR systems, CRM platforms, APIs, and third‑party healthcare technology solutions.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, and client services on go‑to‑market strategy, launch planning, positioning, messaging, and commercialization.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and generative AI to improve product performance and patient outcomes.
  • Evaluate new product opportunities, build investment cases, and assess commercial viability.
Requirements
  • Product management experience in healthcare technology, digital health, patient engagement, enterprise software, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success defining, launching, and scaling commercially successful products.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare technology ecosystems, including EMR/EHR systems, CRM platforms, APIs, interoperability standards, and healthcare data environments.
  • Experience applying data, analytics, customer research, and market insights to product strategy and prioritization.
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and generative AI, with the ability to translate emerging technologies into practical product opportunities.
  • Strong commercial judgment, including the ability to assess market opportunities, develop business cases, and align product work to growth objectives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across product, engineering, commercial, clinical, and executive audiences.
  • Collaborative leadership style with a track record of mentoring others, building alignment, and driving outcomes in complex environments.
