Job description

ABOUT 24 CARROTS
At 24 Carrots, we believe extraordinary hospitality doesn't happen by accident, it happens by design.
As a full-service, employee-owned catering and events company, we create remarkable experiences through thoughtful details, exceptional food, and hospitality that feels effortless. Behind every beautifully executed event are the standards, systems, and innovations that make consistency possible.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, obsessed with the details, and energized by building the systems that elevate the guest experience across every event, venue, and touchpoint.
JOB SUMMARY
As our Brand Systems Manager, you'll be the steward of the 24 Carrots hospitality experience.
Reporting to the Chief Creative Officer, this role is responsible for transforming our hospitality brand into repeatable systems, standards, and experiences that can be consistently executed across the organization.
At 24 Carrots, our brand isn't just our marketing. It lives in every food display, beverage presentation, tabletop detail, service touchpoint, venue experience, and guest interaction. The Brand Systems Manager exists to ensure those experiences are intentionally designed, operationally executable, and continuously improving.
This isn't a traditional creative role, nor is it a traditional operations role. It's a rare opportunity to build the systems that translate hospitality into something every team can consistently deliver.
This role serves as the bridge between creative vision and operational execution, partnering across Culinary, Beverage, Service, Event Management, Warehouse, Sales, Venues, and Creative to develop scalable hospitality systems that strengthen both the guest experience and the business.
In this role, you'll:
  • Build and evolve company-wide hospitality standards that define the 24 Carrots experience.
  • Design repeatable systems, tools, playbooks, and operational resources that enable teams to consistently execute our brand.
  • Research, develop, and implement new presentation concepts, hospitality products, and guest experience enhancements.
  • Lead cross-functional implementation of new standards through training, documentation, field testing, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Warehouse on presentation collections, serviceware, display assets, and hospitality inventory strategy.
  • Evaluate execution in the field, identify opportunities for improvement, and continuously refine our systems based on operational feedback.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment throughout the guest journey.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We're looking for someone who:
  • Has 5-7+ years of experience in hospitality, catering, hotels, restaurants, event production, creative operations, experience design, visual merchandising, product development, or a related field
  • Understands that exceptional hospitality is built through systems, standards, and consistent execution-not chance
  • Has experience developing SOPs, operational tools, training programs, or quality initiatives across multiple teams
  • Can translate creative ideas into practical, scalable solutions that improve both guest experience and operational performance
  • Enjoys researching hospitality trends, products, presentation techniques, and innovative guest experiences
  • Is comfortable leading cross-functional projects and influencing teams without direct authority
  • Has exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Thrives in collaborative environments while maintaining high standards and strong attention to detail
  • Is equally comfortable in strategic planning meetings and walking an event to validate execution

COMPENSATION
$85,000 - $95,000
Full-Time | Salary | Exempt
BENEFITS & PERKS
We are proud to be a 100% employee-owned company where every team member contributes to our success.
Benefits include:
  • Employee Ownership (ESOP)
  • Health Benefits
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan
  • Paid Vacation & Sick Time
  • Holiday Pay
  • Professional Development Opportunities
  • A collaborative, hospitality-driven culture where innovation is encouraged

LET'S BUILD THE FUTURE OF HOSPITALITY
If you're excited about creating systems that transform great ideas into consistently exceptional guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
Join a team where hospitality, creativity, and operational excellence come together to shape unforgettable experiences, one event at a time.
