Description
Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring an Administrative Support Coordinator for our Patient Benefits Coordination (PBC) Department! In this essential administrative role, you will support key patient benefits and billing processes, helping ensure accurate reimbursement, timely authorizations, and efficient coordination of services across Gateway Rehab locations. This position is hybrid with two days remote and three days onsite at our Washington, PA facility.

GRC's Patient Benefits team helps ensure that clients receive timely access to treatment while maintaining accurate billing and reimbursement processes. As an Administrative Support Coordinator, your work directly supports financial operations that allow treatment services to continue uninterrupted. This is more than an administrative position. It is an opportunity to contribute to life-changing recovery services every day.
Responsibilities
  • Process medication slips received from all GRC locations.
  • Track, monitor, and enter charges for injectable and oral medications.
  • Monitor and maintain billing rules for enhanced rate MAUD billing to support accurate reimbursement.
  • Obtain and track county authorizations for clients in Washington, Butler, and Westmoreland counties.
  • Monitor Allegheny County fund activity and assist with allocation planning.
  • Respond to staff inquiries and communicate effectively across departments to resolve issues and support ongoing operations.
  • Assist with Gift Shop and PAC card processing during periods of increased workload or staffing shortages.
  • Provide support with billing inquiries and Patient Benefit Coordinator duties as assigned.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
What Do We Require?

  • Experience with healthcare insurance preferred.
  • Experience with CPR Web preferred.
  • Experience with pharmacy billing preferred.
