Job Summary
The Resident Services Assistant works with and assists older people who are functionally, physically, and or socially impaired and need 24-hour oversight. This role assists residents with those activities of daily living that they are unable to perform without help, fostering at all times residents' independence and freedom of choice.
Education - High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience - One year of health care experience with elderly preferred.
Other Requirement(s) - Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or qualified Nursing Assistant Registration or qualified Home Care Aid Certification required. CPR/1st Aids, Food Handle Permit, Specialty trainings including Dementia and Mental Health training; Developmental Disable training, and nurse delegation training certificates are required or is willing to follow the WAC AL regulation to obtain these trainings certificates after hiring.

Pay is determined by experience.
