At our studio, we believe Pilates should be both engaging and fun, but most importantly, it should empower each individual to become an artist in their own practice. We emphasize spinal stabilization, positive movement patterns, and building both strength and flexibility in a safe, supportive environment. While Pilates is not intended to replace a cardiovascular workout, we encourage our clients to embrace it for the skills it builds—core stability, mobility, and body awareness—that serve as a foundation for overall fitness and well-being.

A Pilates Instructor at S2S Functional Performance® is a vital member of the S2S® team and plays a key role in the company’s mission to help others Live Healthy, Energetic, and Injury Free™.

• Lead group and private Pilates sessions with a focus on technique, safety, and client goals.
• Provide personalized recommendations and adjustments to enhance individual performance.
• Foster a positive and motivating environment for clients of all levels.
• Collaborate with the team to continually innovate and elevate the Pilates experience offered at S2S.

• Certified Instructor: Must hold certification from a nationally recognized association with proof of at least 50 hours completed through a 1st Generation Certification Method.
• Educational Background: Candidates who are currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science or Healthcare will be given preference.
• Professional Expertise: A proven track record of being an energetic and professional expert in the field of Pilates with a deep commitment to excellence.
