This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide support to clients from the comfort of your home while also enjoying a flexible work schedule. Working within the framework of a community health clinic, you will be interfacing with a diverse team of professionals dedicated to addressing various mental health issues, including trauma, addiction, and family dynamics. Our innovative telehealth framework ensures that you have the necessary resources and technology at your fingertips to deliver effective care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the psychological and emotional needs of clients and their families, effectively linking them with community-based resources and services.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address multifaceted issues such as substance abuse, domestic violence, child maltreatment, trauma, and mental health disorders.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, including patient medical and psychological histories, physical assessment results, treatment progress, and outcomes.
• Educate interdisciplinary team members about clients’ psychosocial stressors and needs, fostering collaboration to optimize care delivery and achieve positive therapeutic outcomes.
• Actively participate in team meetings and ongoing training, sharing insights and best practices to elevate the overall quality of care.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Your work will be vital in providing support to underrepresented and vulnerable populations within the community, ensuring that every client receives respectful, culturally sensitive, and effective care.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is essential.
• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven experience in delivering counseling services to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience working in crisis-driven environments or community health settings.
• Familiarity with behavioral health issues, particularly those relating to trauma, substance use, and family dynamics.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and treatment modalities relevant to mental health counseling.

This full-time Mental Health Counselor position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a supportive and flexible work environment, employees are entitled to:
