As a fully remote position, this role allows for adaptability in your work schedule, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Counselors will interact with clients primarily via telehealth platforms, adjusting their therapeutic environment to ensure comfort and safety for clients facing a variety of challenges. Our outpatient model means that you will work primarily on an appointment basis, providing the flexibility necessary for both counselor and client needs.

• Conduct detailed initial assessments and evaluations to create personalized treatment plans that cater to the individual's unique circumstances and challenges.
• Employ evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, adapting techniques to fit the diverse needs of clients.
• Maintain thorough and current clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems to streamline documentation processes.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive and holistic care for every client.
• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and trainings to stay current with advancements in the mental health field.
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring that clients receive immediate support in times of acute distress.

Our counseling services cater to a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and family dynamics. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering counseling services, ideally within a clinical setting.
• Proven understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertaining to counseling practice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Experience working with clients facing trauma, substance issues, or complex familial challenges is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and methods, demonstrating adaptability in your therapeutic approach.
• Proficiency in using EMR systems and relevant technological tools that enhance counseling practices.
