Location:  Appleton, WI 

Facility:  Madison Street Clinic

Department:  Health Info. Management

Schedule:  Full-time (36 hours) / Days

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Perform clerical and/or technical duties associated with medical records processes and procedures.
  • Receive, analyze, process and file health information for completeness, timeliness and accuracy.
  • Audit accuracy of electronic and manual entry, and facilitate resolution of any discrepancies.
  • Process requests for release of information according to regulatory requirements.
What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
