Job Summary:MaineGeneral Health is seeking an innovative and collaborative Telehealth Manager to lead the strategic growth and day-to-day operations of our Telehealth program. This leader will play a key role in expanding access to high-quality, patient-centered care by developing and managing telehealth initiatives that support medical staff, patients, and clinical teams across the health system.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the daily operations of MaineGeneral Health's Telehealth program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate telehealth programs, services, and initiatives that improve patient access and clinical outcomes.
  • Establish departmental goals, performance standards, and operational objectives that support organizational strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through coaching, performance management, employee engagement, and professional development.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment while addressing employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Partner with clinical, operational, IT, and administrative leaders to identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and enhanced virtual care delivery.
  • Assist with evaluating and implementing new telehealth technologies and services.
  • Monitor key operational, quality, utilization, and performance metrics, providing regular reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Support initiatives focused on regulatory compliance, patient experience, operational efficiency, and cost-effective care delivery.
  • Promote adoption of telehealth best practices throughout the organization.

What You'll Bring:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Health Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, telehealth, clinical services, or a related healthcare environment.
  • Experience managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, workflow improvement, and project management.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Experience implementing or managing telehealth programs within an integrated healthcare system.

Compensation Information:

$89,690 - $156,956


The salary range shown reflects the base salary for this position. Individual compensation is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations.
