As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging sessions that foster connection and shared learning among clients, encouraging them to discuss their experiences and support one another.
• Conduct Individual Therapy: Offer personalized, empathetic counseling sessions to help clients delve into their emotions, develop coping strategies, and establish action plans tailored to their unique situations.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that focus on their goals, preferences, and specific mental health needs.
• Monitor Client Progress: Utilize assessment tools and feedback methods to track client outcomes, ensuring the effectiveness of treatment and making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other health professionals, engaging in case consultations and coordinating care to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.

This role centers on a diverse clientele, including teens and young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom are experiencing a range of mental health issues. Our outpatient treatment center offers Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) services, employing holistic and evidence-based therapies to foster healing and growth.

To be considered for this position, you must hold a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Texas. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory, complemented by continuing education in mental health treatment practices.

Ideal candidates will have experience working within outpatient settings, particularly with youth and young adults. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and evidence-based therapeutic methodologies will set you apart. Strong communication skills and a depth of understanding of mental health challenges faced by this age group are essential.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
