What You'll Do:
  • Empower Independence:
    • Support members with developmental disabilities in their daily routines and activities. Activities such as cognitive stimulation (puzzles, memory games), physical activity (walking, stretching), & social interaction (visiting friends, community engagement)
    • Assist members with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, dressing & personal hygiene, shopping/errands, & mobility & transferring.
  • Build Meaningful Connections:
    • Foster trust and companionship through respectful, engaging interactions.
  • Promote Safety & Wellbeing:
    • Participate in training and skill-building opportunities that will ensure you are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to appropriately support the behavioral needs of our members, respond proactively to concerns, and promote positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate for Impact:
    • Work with supervisors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
