• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that respect and integrate patients' cultural contexts and lived experiences.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the specific needs of each patient.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to address varied mental health challenges, fostering resilience and promoting well-being.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care for each patient.
• Deliver crisis intervention and rapid support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating strong de-escalation skills and maintaining a calm demeanor.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, discussing appropriate treatment options and available community resources.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies.
• Engage in ongoing cultural competency training and stay updated on present research and best practices within mental health therapy.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based therapy methods, and cultural competence in therapeutic practices.
• Experience providing both individual and group therapy in culturally responsive formats.
• Proficient crisis intervention skills, capable of managing challenging situations with poise.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, vital for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in essential computing applications.
• Commitment to ethical guidelines and the ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• A collaborative spirit, ready to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Experience in a community health or outpatient setting, particularly with multicultural populations.
• Training in specific therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• Fluency in a second language would be advantageous in serving our diverse clientele.
