Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses.
  • Create personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based modalities, ensuring strategies align with each client's unique goals.
  • Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions that foster progress toward clients' mental health goals.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients encountering acute mental health challenges, navigating them through critical situations with empathy and expertise.
  • Document and maintain detailed, confidential records of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
