• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop robust, evidence-based treatment plans aimed at promoting mental wellness.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Set clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and track their progress through regular evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Offer teletherapy options to clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for those with mobility or transportation challenges.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives, including workshops and team meetings, to stay updated on the latest practices in mental health treatment.

Our therapists work with a diverse client base, including adults facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients from various backgrounds and socio-economic statuses, enabling you to make a significant impact on their lives.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, while a Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal abilities to foster therapeutic alliances with clients.
• A genuine sense of empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients, combined with excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle caseload effectively.

While we welcome all qualified candidates, we prefer those with prior clinical experience in a mental health setting, especially in private practice or community healthcare. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus, along with any specialization in treating specific populations or disorders.

The estimated salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
