We are looking for an energetic and fun coach that are career-minded to join our team as a Head Coach! If you are enthusiastic about being a part of the movement to improve the health and lives of kids, this is the job for you! We are looking for a committed and long-term Head Coach to train and lead recreational coaches. In addition to coaching, this position is designed to maintain the safety and quality of our program by overseeing the gym floor. The Head Coach would train and mentor our recreational gymnastics and parkour coaches through classes, camps, events, and after-school programs from ages 18 months and up. 
Our programs teach kids how to safely move through obstacles, progress through gymnastics or parkour skills, gain balance, flexibility, agility and strength. We provide a clean, safe and fun environment for our kids to not only develop their athletic skills, but to create friendships and life skills that will last a lifetime. We also strive to provide one of the best, upbeat, fun, inclusive and rewarding work environments possible.
Experience with kids, gymnastics and/or competitive training or coaching is REQUIRED. This position would include coaching classes, training newer coaches, and following GForce policies and coaching standards. The perfect candidate has a strong understanding of the fundamentals of coaching gymnastics, parkour, and tumbling, while also maintaining high cleanliness, customer service, and interpersonal skills. In addition, the ideal candidate would understnd and appreciate the competitive aspect of gymnastics. This person would interact with management, coaches, kids, and parents regularly.
Pay Range: $22/hour based on experience
Flexible, Part-time Positions available
Must be able to work EVERY Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4-7pm for at least one year. Full weekend or just Saturday or Sunday competitions are once a month from January to May and you are required to attend each one. Training season begins July and it is expected that the Team Coach is committed the entire season.
